Meditation for Healing a Sick Animal

The audio track uses a combination of guided meditation and basic hypnosis techniques along with the esoteric principle of coloured light for healing. In three stages: relaxation, healing, emerge back to awake. No experience is necessary; all you need is the intention to heal, even if you don’t believe it will work. This can also be performed with the animal directly in your hands and without entering such a relaxed state once you are familiar with the healing process.
Do not listen to this track while driving or doing anything that requires your full attention!!

Tips for a successful meditation:
Comfort: suitable, supportive seating, loose clothing, moderate room temperature. Have a snack beforehand if necessary so you’re not disturbed by a grumbly stomach. Likewise visit the bathroom first, and have a small drink of water.
Quiet: the fewer background noises, the better. Turn off audible alerts/ring tones on cell phones, tablets or computers. Put out a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign. This is YOUR time. Keep pets out of the room (including the one being worked on) unless you know for sure they will not disturb you for the duration of the process (about 20 minutes).
Reduce the light level in the room.
If something itches during the process, then go ahead and scratch it: it’s better to get it over and done with so you can return your attention to the process, than sit there distracted, hoping it will stop. Likewise if you have to cough, sneeze or blow your nose. Just do it, and immediately return to where you were.
